Based on our design and installation experience, I would recommend A+ for a residential elevator. Because they are in demand and, from what I can tell, the great care they take in their design, build and installation work, it was a long process from the design to final installation. It was, however, well worth the wait. Having visited their workshop, seeing how they build the custom cabs and seeing our final custom cab and installation, I think it is quality craftsmanship. I wanted the elevator to match our 70 year old arts and crafts home architecture and colors and they did just that. They were also very patient dealing with my many questions and requests as a homeowner. We are very happy with the final results and look forward to enjoying the elevator for many years to come.
